    Are you ready Boston?

    #30by2030Summit

  • Summit Overview

The 30by2030 Summit is a first of its kind event convening millennial professionals and students, business and nonprofit leaders, and the Boston Community at large to help advance Black and Latino professionals into senior leadership positions in Corporate America.

Right now, the country is 30% Black and Latino yet only 3% of the C-suite comes from these backgrounds. The 30by2030 Summit aims to be an annual cross-sector event focused on breaking down this leadership gap. Our objective is to provide underrepresented millennial talent the space to get the visibility and recognition they need to advance their careers.
